1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging in trade with Indo Global Pulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all trade inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and export transactions between Indo Global Pulse ("Seller") and the buyer ("Buyer").

2. Products & Specifications

All product specifications (moisture, purity, foreign matter, admixture) mentioned on our website are standard export specifications. Final specifications are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice / Sales Contract for each shipment.

  • Products are sourced from current season crops unless otherwise specified
  • Specifications may vary slightly by lot — final COA (Certificate of Analysis) provided with each shipment
  • Product images on the website are for reference only
  • We reserve the right to substitute origin (Maharashtra/MP/Rajasthan) based on availability, maintaining the same quality grade

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 3 business days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are quoted in USD (US Dollars) on FOB or CIF basis as agreed
  • Prices are subject to change based on commodity market fluctuations
  • A confirmed Purchase Order / Sales Contract is required to lock in the quoted price
  • Taxes, duties, and import charges at the destination are the Buyer's responsibility

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for international buyers:

  • New Buyers: 100% advance payment via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) before shipment, OR irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight
  • Established Buyers: 30% advance + 70% against Bill of Lading (BL) copy, or as mutually agreed
  • LC Terms: Irrevocable, confirmed LC from a reputable bank, valid for 21 days after shipment date
  • All bank charges outside India are to the Buyer's account
  • Payment currency: USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard lead time: 15–21 days from receipt of advance payment / LC
  • Shipment from: JNPT (Mumbai), Mundra, Chennai, or Vizag port — as per availability and buyer preference
  • FOB terms: Risk transfers to Buyer once goods are loaded on vessel
  • CIF terms: Seller covers freight and insurance to destination port
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to port congestion, vessel availability, or force majeure
  • Partial shipments are allowed unless specifically prohibited in the Sales Contract

6. Quality & Inspection

  • Quality is certified by an independent third-party inspection agency (SGS / Bureau Veritas / equivalent) at the port of loading
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Quality Certificate are provided with each shipment
  • Buyer may appoint their own inspector at the loading port at their own cost
  • Quality claims must be raised within 7 days of arrival at destination port, supported by independent lab reports
  • Claims based on inspection at destination (after customs clearance) will not be entertained unless supported by pre-clearance survey

7. Documentation

Standard export documents provided with each shipment:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (BL)
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Phytosanitary Certificate
  • Quality Certificate / COA
  • APEDA Certificate
  • Fumigation Certificate
  • Weight & Measurement Certificate

Additional documents (Halal Certificate, Health Certificate, etc.) available on request and may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders confirmed by Sales Contract / Purchase Order cannot be cancelled without mutual written agreement
  • Cancellation by Buyer after production/packing has commenced may result in forfeiture of advance payment
  • Returns are not accepted for export shipments once goods have been shipped, except in cases of proven quality discrepancy as per Clause 6
  • In case of valid quality claims, resolution may include replacement in next shipment or partial credit — at Seller's discretion

9. Force Majeure

Indo Global Pulse shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, port strikes, vessel unavailability, crop failure, or pandemic-related disruptions.

In such cases, we will notify the Buyer promptly and work towards an alternative solution.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation
